- What phones are compatible with the Trackable Wallet Stand?
It’s compatible with iPhone 12 and above, including Pro and Pro Max models. You can attach it magnetically to compatible iPhones or any MagSafe compatible phone case.
- Why does the Trackable Wallet Stand need to be charged?
The Trackable Wallet Stand is designed with the built-in Find My system which needs one wireless charge every 6 months to ensure Find My Service is running.
- Is the battery replaceable?
No, the battery is built-in and not replaceable. You only need to wirelessly charge it for 1.5 hours for up to 6 months of standby.
- What wireless chargers can be used to recharge the Trackable Wallet Stand?
You can recharge it via Qi-certified chargers (we recommend using an Apple-certified wireless charger for best performance and fully charging it before first use).
- Can I switch device control?
Yes, please find the steps below.
1. Connect devices to the same Wi-Fi network and sign in with the same Apple ID.
2. Use the switch to open the Scanner Menu.
3. Choose Device, then select Use Other Device.
4. Select the new device and choose Connect.
- How many cards can it hold?
It can hold up to two cards.
- Does the Trackable Wallet Stand block RFID?
