Now we provide the shipment for the countries and regions below:

Due to the pandemic, shipping to some countries and regions are not available temporarily. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service at cs@moft.us.

In addition, regarding VAT, we charge only California sales tax as required by applicable law.

Please note that additional taxes may be applied by your local government or carrier upon delivery.
For UK customers, import VAT will be charged if the total value exceeds £135.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is calculated by weight, and we provide FREE SHIPPING service for the order with discounted price over $69.
Please note that some states in the US are not covered by free shipping due to the distance:
Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific.

How long does shipping take?

US Standard Shipping: 5-10 business day delivery. Recently, it may take longer than usual. Due to the current global situation, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you

Global Standard Shipping: 8-15 business day delivery. Some countries in Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America might take up to 15-25 business days. For orders shipped to Canada, FedEx is recommended, because standard shipping is currently affected more by coronavirus.

DHL Shipping (only available for some countries): DHL is experiencing parcel volumes surge due to coronavirus crisis. It might take 7-10 more days before the system shows your order arrives in the destination country.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.

My order has already been shipped, but I need change my address - how can I do this?

We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us under cs@moft.us to change your address and other shipping options.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us under cs@moft.us.

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.

Please contact with us under cs@moft.us if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.
