If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect order, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund (including shipping fees) or a replacement.
 
If you ever find yourself less than satisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to reach out to us at cs@moft.us within 30 days of delivery. Our dedicated support team will be delighted to help and will strive to provide a prompt response within one business day.
 
  Important notes:
  • This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase our products from moft.us.
  • All return orders must be sent back to our return hub located in San Fernando, CA, USA.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original MOFT packaging.
  • Please note that adhesive products that have been used can not be returned.
  • Customized items, unless due to an error on our part, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • For non-quality related returns, MOFT will refund the cost of the returned product only. (All shipping costs including original shipping costs will be excluded from your total amount.)
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for non-quality related returns.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage to items or loss during shipping for non-quality related returns.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days after the initial application.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items.
 

Exchanges

 
We will happily help you process an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with the packaging intact. Please reach out to cs@moft.us for help.

 

  • For returning original items, please initiate the return process within 7 days after receiving the product. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Additionally, customers will be responsible for the postage fees of the replacement parcel.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items.

How do I return a MOFT product?

Please email cs@moft.us and state the following:

Do I have to pay to ship the item back?

Shipping charges will be refunded only if merchandise is found to be defective or damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded for merchandise found to be unsatisfactory.

I have received the wrong product - what do I do?

We are very sorry to hear that you have received a wrong order. Please get in touch with us at cs@moft.us and we will provide you with further instructions.

How do I exchange an item/order?

You can exchange a purchased product within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, not customized and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To exchange an item or order, contact us with cs@moft.us and we will provide you with our current return address.

Have you received my return?

Processing your return usually days.

However, we will send you an email update as soon as we have received and checked your returned product(s).

Feel free to contact with us through our email customer service cs@moft.us to check up on your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Processing a refund usually takes up to 7 business days after we have received the returned item(s). If you have any problem, please feel free to contact with us under cs@moft.us.

Your return policy states that I have to return the product in its original packaging. I no longer have the original packaging - can I still return it?

To make sure that all customers will received a complete, defection-free product, the products returned must be in a resellable status. We are sorry that products without the original packaging cannot be returned.
