Can I stack promo codes?

Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact cs@moft.us and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order we suggest you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery. And please contact our customer service before the returning.

And if the order is not shipped out, our customer service will help you to cancel it directly, pls contact us through cs@moft.us.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is according to the weight, normally it is $5, and we provide FREE SHIPPING service for the order over $59.

How long does shipping take?

US Standard Shipping: 5-10 business day delivery. Recently, it may take longer than usual. Due to the current global situation, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you

Global Standard Shipping: 8-15 business day delivery. Some countries in Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America might take up to 15-25 business days. For orders shipped to Canada, FedEx is recommended, because standard shipping is currently affected more by coronavirus.

DHL Shipping: DHL is experiencing parcel volumes surge due to coronavirus crisis. It might take 7-10 more days before the system shows your order arrives in the destination country.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.

My order has already been shipped, but I need change my address - how can I do this?

We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us under cs@moft.us to change your address and other shipping options.

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.

Please contact with us under cs@moft.us if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us under cs@moft.us.

Do I need to pay for the tax?

Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Should you wish to return an item to us, please reach out to us at cs@moft.us within 90 days of purchase. For unused, unopened merchandise we offer store credit for the purchase price of the item, minus the cost of return shipping. Please note that due to delays in shipping and receiving due to COVID-19, we will be extending our return policy to 90 days until further notice.

How do I return a MOFT product?

Do I have to pay to ship the item back?

Shipping charges will be refunded only if merchandise is found to be defective or damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded for merchandise found to be unsatisfactory.

I have received the wrong product - what do I do?

We are very sorry to hear that you have received a wrong order. Please get in touch with us at cs@moft.us and we will provide you with further instructions.

How do I exchange an item/order?

You can exchange a purchased product within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To exchange an item or order, contact us with cs@moft.us and we will provide you with our current return address.

Have you received my return?

Processing your return usually takes a few days.

However, we will send you an email update as soon as we have received and checked your returned product(s).

When will I receive my refund?

Processing a refund usually takes up to 7 business days after we have received the returned item(s). If you have any problem, please feel free to contact with us under cs@moft.us.

Your return policy states that I have to return the product in its original packaging. I no longer have the original packaging - can I still return it?

To make sure that all customers will received a complete, defection-free product, the products returned must be in a resellable status. We are sorry that products without the original packaging cannot be returned.

Snap Phone Stand & Wallet

Except for the iPhone 12 series, is it compatible with other phones?

It only works with iPhone 12 series including iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max. For iPhone 12 mini, when the stand & wallet is used as a stand, the floating mode is recommended.

Will it work with a case on the phone?

It works with Apple’s MagSafe cases, and the magnet strength will be even stronger, as their magnet layouts are consistent (a ring of magnets and a longitudinal magnet). For third-party MagSafe compatible cases, only cases that have built-in magnets can work.

Does it work with the iPhone 12 mini?

It also works with the iPhone 12 mini, but the screen will be just about vertical in landscape mode, because the phone is almost as wide as the stand. It works smoothly in portrait and floating mode which can be used to create a mini workstation on short notice.

Compared with Apple’s wallet, how’s the magnet strength?

1) The magnet strength feels the same as Apple’s wallet, because we use a similar magnet design to match the iPhone 12 series. You will need force to remove the wallet, and it doesn’t fall easily. Still, we recommend not to use it as a grip while on a call. If you prefer the wallet to stay stuck on the back of the phone where you can’t use force to remove it, please feel free to check out the Adhesive Version.

2) The magnet strength feels the most secure when the wallet is aligned properly with the phone, as the ring-shaped magnet is placed to the center of the phone's rear.        

3) If it’s used with an Apple’s MagSafe case, it will be even stronger, and the orientation magnet of the case will help to guide the placement of the wallet.

4) Please be aware of how to carefully put it in your pocket, as there’s a chance the wallet will fall out when it’s put in or taken out of a pocket, depending on how tight the pocket is.

Can the wireless charging feature be used with this?

Detachment is easy, so you can remove it to use wireless charging and then attach it to the wireless charger pad for non-stop enjoyment.

Does the iPhone 12 series need the Snap Phone Sticker for compatibility?

No, MOFT O is MagSafe compatible, so it can be snapped on the 12 iPhone series including iPhone 12 Pro Max without the sticker. As for other phone models, the Snap Phone Sticker is needed as an attachment point of other phones and MOFT O.

Can I stick the Snap Phone Sticker to the phone with a case?

Yes, you can stick the sticker to a phone case. It sticks well to soft cases like TPU cases and hard cases like PC cases, but it doesn't stick to silicone cases.

Will the Snap Phone Sticker work through a phone case?

We're afraid the sticker can't work through a phone case, but it can stick on phone cases (except silicone cases), so you can snap MOFT O on your phone case with the sticker on it.

Will the Snap Phone Sticker affect wireless charging?

No, it’s magnetic-like, but not made of magnets, so it’s wireless charging compatible.

Can I use the Snap Phone Sticker with other magnetic accessories?
