Has been very useful for keeping my apple pen safe and and I think will come in very handy with future use.

Falls out too easily. If you're going here and there, and you don't have it in a bag or a case, the pen will sometimes fall out of the holder. Or the entire holder has once as well. So you have to make sure that if you're moving around with ipad in hand, secure all inside a bag. So you don't risk losing your pen.
