Refund policy

RETURNS:
If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect order, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund (including shipping fees) or a replacement.

If you ever find yourself less than satisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to reach out to us at cs@moft.us within 30 days of delivery. 

Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

How to return the product?
Please contact our Customer Support team( cs@moft.us ) to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

*Only items purchased directly from www.moft.us will be accepted. For products purchased from other authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

REFUNDS:
Once your refund has been processed. It can take up to 10 business days for your funds to return to your account. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

*For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
