Member Rewards Program

1. What is the MOFT Member Rewards Program?

The MOFT Member Rewards Program is a points-based loyalty program on moft.us. Customers can earn points on eligible purchases made on moft.us. Purchases from third-party retailers (such as Amazon, TikTok, Shpoee, etc.) are not eligible. Your points unlock member benefits and can be redeemed for rewards. Just another way for us to say thank you and show how much we appreciate your loyalty.

2. How do I join the MOFT Member Rewards Program?

If you already have an account on moft.us, you are automatically enrolled in the Member Rewards Program. Simply log in to start earning points. If you don’t have an account yet, register on moft.us to join. Please note: only registered members can earn points.

3. Does it cost anything to join?

No, the Member Rewards Program on moft.us is completely free to join. You can start earning points right away after signing up.

4. Do my rewards, benefits and Points have any cash value?

Points and rewards earned through the Member Rewards Program on moft.us have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to someone else.

5. I have two MOFT accounts, can I merge them into one?

No. Points accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason.

Earning Points

1. Where can I earn Points?

Members earn Points on moft.us. Members must be logged in to their account at the time of purchase or during other rewardable actions.

2. When will I receive my Points?

Points will generally be added to your account within 24 hours. For purchases on moft.us, points will wait in your account until your order has shipped. Pending points cannot be redeemed.

3. What do I do if I believe points were not properly credited to my account?

If you have questions related to your membership account, please contact Customer Support Team at cs@moft.us.

4. Can my points expire?

Yes. Points are managed within a yearly membership cycle.

Points reset on 01/01 each year, and any unused points from the previous cycle will be deducted from your account.

As a thank-you, all points earned before 01/01/2026 will remain valid until 12/31/2026.

5. Can I use points earned before the program launches?

Yes. Points have been accumulating since 06/09/2025.

All eligible points earned before the Member Rewards Program officially launches will remain valid until 12/31/2026.

After the program launches, points will only be added to your account if you are logged in to your account on moft.us at the time of purchase.

6. How do I earn my points?

You can earn points on moft.us through purchases and selected activities, such as signing up, completing your profile, writing reviews, celebrating your birthday, and following or subscribing to our social media channels.

7. Can tax or shipping fees be rewarded?

No. Points are calculated excluding shipping charges and all applicable taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes.

8. Can a discount or gift card be credited for points?

Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service.

6. What happens to my points if I return a product or an order is cancelled?

If a product is returned or an order is canceled, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Points will also be adjusted for any partial refunds or price changes.

7. Why do I see different points at checkout depending on the currency I use?

Points are calculated based on USD. If you check out in a different currency, the preview may vary slightly due to conversion, but your actual points will always be based on the USD equivalent of your order.

Redeeming Points

1. How do I redeem points for products?

Once you have logged into your account and go to our "Redeem Rewards" section. Choose the product and click “REDEEM NOW”. Then fill in the shipping form and submit.

2. Do I need to pay shipping fees for redeemed products?

Shipping is free if redeemed products are included in an order with paid items totaling $69 or more (after discounts) on moft.us. Otherwise, shipping fees will apply for orders containing only redeemed products.

3. Can I cancel, return or exchange redeemed products?

No. Please double-check your order before confirming redemption. If you receive a damaged product, please contact Customer Support Team at cs@moft.us as soon as possible.

4. Can redeemed products be shipped with purchased products?

Yes. Redeemed products can be shipped together with purchased items from moft.us when included in the same order.

6. Can I retrieve the used discount code or gift card?

No, any rewards used can not be retrieved or cancelled for a second use.

VIP Tiers & Benefits

1. What is Member’s Day?

Member’s Day takes place on the first Friday of each month on moft.us. As a member benefit, you can earn 10 points for every $1 spent during this time

2. Can my VIP tier expire?

Yes. VIP tier is valid for one year on moft.us. Points and membership status will be reset annually on June 9.

3. Will my VIP tier change if I use EcoCredits for cash deductions or redeem vouchers/gifts?

No worries! Within the validity period, even if you use your points for cash deductions or redeem them for vouchers/gifts, you will still keep your VIP tier. Don’t forget to complete more tasks and earn more points to maintain your VIP tier.

4. What special discounts do I get as a VIP member?

As a VIP tier member, you will receive the following benefits:

Upgrade benefits: A Level-up voucher (1st upgrade only); A Birthday Points

Monthly reward: A Monthly voucher pack (including coupons and double points on Member’s Day)
